However, OEM continues to manufacture certain unique proprietary spares (such as Turbo Alternator) on a made-to-order basis upon customer request, subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs), production lead time, and factory confirmation. Please communicate with BPE Energy directly for more details.
As an alternative solution for some parts , BPE Energy provides end-to-end maintenance services, sourcing and supply of obsolete or discontinued electronic spare parts, as well as reverse engineering solutions to reproduce and refurbish critical electronic components. This ensures operational continuity, minimizes downtime, and extends the service life of existing systems.
CLOSED CYCLE VAPOR TURBOGENERATOR (CCVT)
The Closed Cycle Vapor Turbogenerator (CCVT) operates based on the Rankine Cycle principle, utilizing an organic working fluid in a closed-loop system. The system consists of a vapor generator, turbo-alternator, and condenser, designed to deliver reliable power generation for remote and offshore applications.
CCVT systems are specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of marine environments and hazardous areas. The equipment is weatherproof, suitable for outdoor installation, and capable of operating in salt-laden offshore conditions. It is designed for largely unattended operation after initial manual start-up, ensuring high reliability with minimal operational intervention.
In terms of maintenance, the CCVT requires only minimal servicing, typically limited to one preventive maintenance visit per year. The system is designed to operate without major overhaul throughout its intended service life, making it a highly efficient and low maintenance solution for remote power generation.
